Returns & Exchanges

Because this is a small handmade business, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please read listings carefully and examine photos thoughtfully before you purchase. I cannot be responsible for a mistaken ring size, buyer's remorse, etc. and will not accept returns for those reasons. I do my best to accurately portray the pieces in my listings and photos. Thanks for your understanding!

Jewelry Care 

I make each of my pieces to last a lifetime, but care should be taken to prevent damage and tarnish on your jewelry. Some natural stones can be delicate and changes in color or fractures may appear over time if proper care is not taken.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing it during bathing, swimming, or other tasks that could damage the stone or the metal. To prevent oxidation of the metal over time, pieces should be stored in a jewelry box or ideally-individual, airtight bags. Do not store your jewelry in the bathroom- water and humidity will speed up oxidation.

Repairs

However, if you are dissatisfied with a purchase due to a workmanship issue, please contact me and we can discuss. All of my jewelry is guaranteed for ninety days from purchase. As long as the damage is not due to inattentive jewelry care, I will repair the piece and pay for shipping.

If a repair is needed due to normal wear and tear (tarnished, scratches in metal, increasing ring size etc.), I can repair for a fee that will be determined based on work involved.

** I do not do repairs on jewelry I have not made myself.**

Sizing

Unfortunately it is not possible for me to size down a ring.

But in many cases, I can re-size a ring a half size larger. Sometimes even a full size larger. If you see a piece that you’re interested in sizing up for a better fit, please shoot me a message to see if its a possibility :)

Don’t know your ring size? Pop into a local jewelry shop to get your fingers sized. Or purchase a ring sizer online to measure for yourself. There is a great $4 option available on Amazon.com.

Shipping

Domestic — $10 flat rate for priority shipping (includes tracking, delivers within 1-3 business days and includes $100 insurance.)

If you would like to purchase added insurance, to cover entire cost of purchase, message me before buying your item so that I can alter the price to include it.

It is the customers responsibility to purchase insurance. If you do not purchase added insurance and do not receive your package, but it shows through tracking that it was shipped, I am NOT responsible for refunding item. I will however do everything in my ability to help track item down. It is very rare that an item is lost in the mail, but it does happen. Thanks for understanding that I am a small, one-woman business, who can not afford to take losses the way big-businesses do. 

That said, domestic orders that are shipped Priority include insurance up to $100 worth.

If you require faster shipping, please message me for upgrade information. Express (1 business day) can be arranged for additional charges. These options are not available for international orders.

International — $18

flat rate. Unfortunately I can only track international packages until they reach your country, I cannot track them doorstep to doorstep.

All of my jewelry is shipped in a craft jewelry box, made from recycled materials, tied with cotton string and a dried flower. Packages include a complimentary polishing pad and business card. Jewelry is shipped in an eco-enclose bubble wrapped envelope for a safe journey to you!
